How To Improve Adsense Earnings With Google Analytics

The best thing about Google is that it offers so many free tools and each tool is really very important for your online business. Well, today, I’m going to talk about how to increase Earnings from Google Adsense with the help of Analytics.

For those who don’t know about Google Analytics, they must signup for it and start monitoring their visitors. Google Analytics gives you deep insight of your visitors; from visitors’ count to what and how they behave on your site, you can track each activity.

Since Google Analytics, gives you the insight of your visitors, you can utilize the stats to maximize your earnings. You can perform your research in any way you want but here’re few general user behavior analysis ways through Google Analytics that I’d like to share:

  • Normally direct and referral traffic do not click on your ads, it’s mainly the search engine traffic that clicks on ads, so look into your Analytics, and see how much traffic your site gets from search engines. Increase the search engine traffic and you’ll have increased number of clicks.
  • Check out your bounce rate. Lower bounce rate means you get more targeted traffic. But in case if you’re unable to control the bounce rate, you can still monetize your bouncing traffic. Check out the top exit pages, and put Adsense over there. With the help of ‘Map Overlay’ you can see the most active areas of your pages, so do little analysis here, and put the best Adsense placement on top exit pages.
  • Do not forget to place some ads smartly on top pages. Check out the ‘Top Content’ and there you’ll find top pages of your site. Put different variations of Ads on top pages. And make sure that placements are well defined.

For now, follow these, and I’ll be updating with more tips!
