You might have heard about affiliate marketing as one easiest way of making money online. You’ll find attractive commissions with almost all major affiliate programs but I must say it’s not that easy as it’s promised. This doesn’t mean that promises are fake; instead the level of effort you need is not clearly mentioned in most cases. They say, just sign up, send visitors/make sales and get paid.

Now looking into the statement, it seems so easy, but just see the requirement, the merchant will pay you only when you send them the visitors that make sale. So, it’s not like 1, 2, 3, instead you need to do lot of work to make this happen.  You must not go for affiliate marketing business model if you:

• Don’t have a newsletter
• Don’t send prospects to your affiliate webpage right from your advertisement
